The duration of a property snagging inspection varies depending on the size and complexity of the property. On average, a thorough inspection can take a few hours to a full day. However, it’s important not to rush the process to ensure that all areas are adequately examined.
No you don’t need to be present, our engineer can complete the inspection and liaise with the developer and contractor on your behalf. However, we understand that it’s an exciting time and it may be the first opportunity for you to see your new property, therefore if you want to pass by for a visit you are more than welcome.
You can pay by either bank transfer, credit card link, ATM deposit, whichever is more convenient for you.
This will depend on the size of your property and the number of snags detected, generally we always deliver the report within 12 working hours (but sometimes before 😉).
Yes, in order for us to complete thorough and full inspection all utilities must be connected. (DEWA, AC, Gas)
